I am here to help you feel prepared for and educated about your pregnancy, birth, and transition into parenthood. Prenatal Support can be customized to include:
-
Birthing plans/vision boards
-
Role-playing comfort measures and birthing positions
-
Cultivating mindfulness
-
The role of the mind and body and how to optimize both
-
Evidence-based resources and information
-
Emotional support for the birth person, birth partner and the entire family

Prenatal Yoga
Birth Preparation, Comfort, Self Care, Connection
During pregnancy, your hormones shift, your entire body changes, and you experience life in a new way. This may be one of the most important times to connect with yourself and harmonize mind/body communication. Yoga can help you prepare yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally for the birth of your child. It is also a great way to connect with your baby.
Birthing Guidance
Education, Training, Preparation
Birthing Guidance is designed to educate and prepare the birthing person and their birth partner for labor and delivery without a doula present. Sometimes, having a birth doula isn't an option. Birthing Guidance is a personalized training that covers the following topics:
-
Role-playing comfort measures and birthing positions
-
General labor and delivery education
-
Establishing roles and expectations of the birthing partner
Birth Doula
An Extra Set of Hands, Non-Medical Support
As your labor doula, I will provide two prenatal visits that cover anything listed under Prenatal Support. I will also be present during active labor and your delivery as emotional support and to assist with comfort measures, changing labor positions, and to offer an extra set of hands for anything that may be needed.
Postpartum Doula
Adaptation, Care, Help
Postpartum Support allows me to aid your family in the transition into life with your new baby. Together, we create a plan that works best for you. Some postpartum doula services may include:
-
Demonstrating newborn care
-
Breastfeeding support
-
Providing resources and evidence based information
-
Emotional support
-
Creating opportunities for rest and bonding
